What is Gluten Allergies ? Gluten Lines the stomach and bowel with allergy cells. This lining can lead to what is know as Leaky gut and can lead to multiple food sensitivities. It can also cause problems with digestion. Most people who have gluten allergies cant break down sugars , which can make it impossible to break down dairy products. Since gluten affects the allergy cells in the gut many people become sensitive to different types of food which may or may not produce a reaction .
