Allergies change and others are recruited and develop with increasing time. Gluten Alergies presents itself with enteropathy or problems in the intestine. Gluten is used as an emulsifier and is added to many food products and depending on the lableing laws of the country may or may not be identified based on the amount it contain. As countries devlop regulations on ingredients and lableing we may see this improve. In aditon to Gluten Alergies may present themselves differently for many people and there is no major consensus on how it presents itself clinically.
