Gluten Allergy

Coeliac disease has been estimated at up to 1 in 500 in many countries. A Gluten Alergy may present itself with  problems in the intestine , digestions or other non visible symptoms. Doctors believe the rising cause of  this  Allergy is the increased use of gluten in other areas other than the more obvious production of grain based products. GLuten is used as an emulsifier and is added to many food products and depending on the labeling laws of the country may or may not be identified based on the amount it contains. As countries develop regulations on ingredients and labeling we may see this improve. In addition to Gluten Alergies may present themselves differently for many people and there is no major consensus on how it presents itself clinically.
